Dirane Market Privacy Policy

Dirane Market helps customers register their Telesom and Somtel numbers and buy available data bundles. This policy explains what data the app uses and why.

Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we use your email address, display name, and Google account identifier to create your account. We also store the Telesom and Somtel numbers you register so payments and bundle delivery can be matched correctly.

How We Use Information

We use your information to sign you in, keep your registered numbers synced, show available bundles, verify that payments came from your registered numbers, and support account updates or deletion requests.

Phone Permissions

The app may request phone-related permissions only to support SIM/USSD verification flows that the user starts. We do not sell personal data.

Storage and Security

Customer account data is stored in Firebase services with access controlled by Firebase Authentication and Firestore security rules. Local account data is stored on the device so the app can show your profile and registered numbers.

Account Deletion

You can request account and associated data deletion from inside the app on the Account screen. You can also use the public deletion instructions at Account Deletion.
